The Rooted Response

This space is for you, the woman in the in-between.

You’ve left the old way, but you still feel its echoes in your body…the guilt, the fear, the “what if I’m wrong?”

You’re rebuilding slowly and intentionally…not burning everything down, but sorting through what you were taught, keeping what feels true, releasing what harms you.

You want to trust yourself again, your voice, your body, your intuition…even when old beliefs still pull at you.

Here, you reclaim your faith on your terms.

This is about claiming your sovereignty, stepping fully into your authority, and returning to yourself.

Embodied Safety. Sovereign Spirit. Rooted Leadership

The Rooted Response has evolved into a sanctuary for women who guide others for a living— coaches, therapists, healers, teachers, mothers, leaders—
women who have spent years holding the world together while quietly abandoning themselves.

It is a home for women who learned to silence their intuition to survive
religion, culture, family expectations, and leadership roles that required more performance than truth.

After walking through spiritual disillusionment, burnout, emotional shutdown, and the unraveling of every identity she once used to stay safe, Sasha discovered something life-changing:

Deconstruction wasn’t the end of her leadership.
It was the beginning of her spiritual sovereignty.

Now, she supports seasoned guides who have outgrown the belief systems they inherited…
women who teach healing but rarely get to receive it,
women who coach clarity but privately fear their own uncertainty,
women who can hold a room but still struggle to hold themselves.

These are women who aren’t in the “beginning stages” of healing.
They’re in the remembering:

remembering the voice they silenced to be accepted
remembering the body they ignored to stay strong
remembering the God they once felt but no longer fear
remembering the power they gave away to systems, mentors, or identities

They’re reconnecting with God/Spirit on their own terms, not the version that required performance, obedience, or perfection,
but the one they feel in their breath, their body, and their knowing.

They’re learning to trust their intuition again…
their pace again…
their leadership again…
their capacity again.

The Rooted Response exists to bring these women—
leaders, healers, cycle-breakers—back into their bodies,
back into their boundaries,
back into their worth,
back into the inner authority they use to guide everyone but themselves.

So they can live, love, parent, create, coach, lead, and serve
without abandoning themselves ever again.

This work isn’t about returning to old faith systems
or rejecting them out of rebellion.
It’s about reclaiming the sacred within yourself
so you no longer outsource your wisdom, safety, or worth.

It’s not just about healing what happened.
It’s about rising into the woman your nervous system finally feels safe becoming.

And when a woman heals at this level—
when her body is regulated,
when her spirit is clear,
when her nervous system stops bracing for impact—
her leadership shifts.

It becomes a natural expression of her wholeness.

From this rooted place, she creates communities, conversations, offerings, families, art, and futures that feel as grounded to lead as they are to receive.

This is the new era of leadership—
where safety replaces striving,
where presence replaces performance,
where trust replaces fear,
and where spiritual sovereignty guides everything.

You’re not rebuilding your life.
You’re rebuilding your inner world so that your life can finally follow

Vision

We envision a world where women who lead others no longer silence themselves to fit a system — but rise from nervous-system safety, spiritual clarity, and embodied self-trust.

A world where women reclaim their power without fear, rebuild their faith without shame, and choose inner authority over inherited conditioning.

A world where belonging is not earned through obedience — it’s felt in the body, lived in truth , and held through compassion.

This is the era of spiritually sovereign women.
Women who know themselves.
Women who trust themselves.
Women who come home to themselves — and change everything because of it.

Mission

Our mission is to support the women who hold everyone else—
the coaches, therapists, healers, mothers, and leaders—as they move through spiritual unraveling, burnout, and the shedding of identities that no longer fit.

We help women who guide others finally learn to hold themselves— reclaiming the inner authority they gave to systems, roles, and expectations.

This is where nervous system repair meets spiritual rebuilding.
Where the body becomes home again.
Where intuition is trusted, not feared.
Where leadership is embodied, not performed.

We don’t just help women heal.
We help them live what they teach.

Because when a woman who leads others feels safe in her own body,
she stops performing power and starts becoming it
..

Values

We believe in Embodied Integrity.

We don’t transmit what we haven’t embodied.
Our work is rooted in lived alignment — where our nervous system, values, and actions match. Integrity, for us, is not performance; it is the daily practice of returning to what’s true.

We believe Liberation is a Nervous System Experience.

Freedom is not an idea — it is a felt sense of safety in the body.
A regulated nervous system is the foundation for clarity, discernment, intuition, and sustainable leadership. Safety is not optional; it is the ground on which your entire life stands.

We believe Curiosity is a Spiritual Discipline.

Questions are not rebellion — they are reverence.
We honor inquiry as a sacred portal to truth, healing, and self-trust. Certainty is often conditioning; curiosity is where your spirit speaks.

We believe in Capacity-led Growth.

Expansion without regulation creates collapse.
We teach women to grow at the pace their bodies can hold — with clarity, pacing, and deep presence. Sustainable leadership is built on capacity, not intensity.

We believe in Compassionate Authority.

Power doesn’t require hardness — it requires groundedness.
We lead with empathy that restores, boundaries that honor dignity, and clarity that invites transformation. This is authority rooted in humanity, not hierarchy.

We believe in Integrated Wholeness.

Healing happens where the somatic, emotional, and spiritual converge.
Your body is not a barrier — it is the gateway to discernment, belonging, and spiritual truth. We honor the whole woman: her resilience, her tenderness, and her innate wisdom.

NON NEGOTIABLES MY LOVES

We hold that every human being carries inherent worth. Black, Brown, Hispanic, Indigenous, Asian, and White lives all matter but whiteness alone is not the measure of value or power. Trans men are men. Trans women are women. Nonbinary and gender-expansive people are whole. Every body, ability, and neurotype is sacred, and accessibility is a reflection of love, not charity. Faith must never be weaponized. American exceptionalism and Christian nationalism are distortions of both spirit and truth. Climate change is real, and care for the earth is a moral and spiritual duty. Love is love, and no institution has the authority to legislate it. Abortion is healthcare, and bodily autonomy is holy. No one is illegal on stolen land. We honor Indigenous sovereignty and the right of every person to exist and belong. Indifference in the face of oppression is complicity and our spirituality requires accountability, courage, and care.

About Sasha Marie

Hey my loves,

I’m Sasha Marie — a guide, a teacher, and a woman who’s lived through the kind of unraveling that forces you to find God for yourself.

For years, I led worship, led rooms, held families together, built programs, and anchored everyone else — all while quietly questioning everything I had been taught to believe about God, worthiness, and who I was allowed to be.

When faith, identity, and belonging fell apart, I learned something no one ever taught me:

Leadership built on performance will always collapse.
Leadership rooted in nervous-system safety, spiritual honesty, and embodiment will not.

The Rooted Response was born from that reclamation — the moment I stopped outsourcing my authority to systems, roles, or “shoulds,” and started listening to the voice of God within me.

Now, my work is for the women who are navigating their own unraveling, the ones who have left the church (or mentally checked out), who are tired of performing, who feel the ache of wanting to believe again but refuse to abandon themselves to do it.

These are women dismantling religious and cultural conditioning, rediscovering their own voice, and rebuilding their spiritual sovereignty from the inside out.

Some are coaches or healers.
Some are mothers.
Some are everyday women who never saw themselves as leaders —
but are becoming the kind of leaders their former systems could never hold.

I don’t teach leadership that performs.
I don’t teach leadership built on survival.

I teach leadership that embodies — leadership that rises from nervous-system safety, truth that doesn’t tremble, and a relationship with God that doesn’t require self-betrayal.

Because when a woman learns to lead from her body, her spirit, and her own inner authority…

that’s when she becomes unstoppable.

That’s when she becomes sovereign.

That’s when she becomes home..
