Sound baths have a way of meeting people right where they are. I’ve shared this practice in so many settings, from church gatherings, to retreats, advocacy circles, workplaces and even small groups of friends who simply wanted to pause and be together.
Each space is unique, yet the heartbeat is always the same: creating room for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
My heart is especially tender toward those navigating the unique journey of deconstruction, while also welcoming the many communities drawn to this work from faith-rooted circles to spiritually curious seekers who recognize the quiet gift of sound.
